Reducing Risk in offshore operations

​A program founded by a Norwegian oil company through the department Maritime Operations (MOP). Hege Christin Stenhammer has initiated an action research project, with representatives from all parts of the value chain in the oil company; base, boat, installation, the departments MOP, LAB and Marin, subcontractors from the ICT business and the department Studio Apertura of NTNU Social Research. The project group will develop and implement a digital learning program visualizing the complexity of the supply chain of an oil company. The research focus will be on how to reduce risk by the use of visualization.
