The goal of inclusion and participation includes everyone, regardless of background, prerequisites and functional ability. Increased ethnic diversity and greater awareness of what contributes to marginalization and exclusion is an important starting point for research and activity at NTNU Social Research's Department of Diversity and Inclusion.
