Rebekka Bruteig

Rebekka Bruteig har en mastergrad i sosiologi fra NTNU og er ansatt som Forsker 3 ved avdelingen Mangfold og inkludering. Gjennom masteroppgaven studerte hun hvordan hjemmet blir skapt for beboere på sykehjem, i samspillet mellom helsepersonellets arbeid og den fysiske utformingen av sykehjemsbygg. Hennes interesser er blant annet innen organisasjon og velferd, funksjonshemming, kjønnssosiologi og helsesosiologi. Hun har særlig erfaring med kvalitative metoder.

Rebekka er tilknyttet prosjektet MASQ (Measuring Quality: Exceeding the limitations of quality management in municipal health and care services), der en studerer kvalitetsforståelse og bruk av kvalitetsindikatorer i de kommunale helse- og omsorgstjenestene.
