Achim Gerstenberg

Achim is a researcher and engineer at the Centre for Interdisciplinary Research in Space (CIRiS) at NTNU Social Research in Norway. His formal educational background lies within physics (MSc) and early-stage development methodologies for cyber-physical systems (PhD).

Previous experiences include research on graphene and oxidation of Aluminium and a variety of technical engineering projects from autonomous vehicles to medical devices.

At CIRiS Achim is involved in hardware development for the International Space Station.

Achim enjoys the concept development phase and building early prototypes for finding and testing new ideas.
